Thanks @E90alex I think that’s the right decision to separate it from the waiting room. I can actually visit the new car lot again tomorrow (only 5 min drive from home) to collect more data. From what I see today, the 3 cars with old headlights are:

VIN 237xxx manufacture date 04/25
VIN 241xxx manufacture date 04/27
VIN 242xxx manufacture date 04/26 (one day after the previous car with higher VIN? hmm)

The ones with new headlight
VIN 2400xx manufacture date 04/22
VIN 2405xx manufacture date 04/23

All the perf model have the new headlight up to 04/28.
