I just got my car recently and while wiping down the hood, noticed this paint defect near the middle. I’m not sure what happened but like some kind of hole there and they used some bad touch-up paint to try to cover it up? Is this something that could be fixable by the service center?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
