Low Voltage battery disconnected
Connector on low voltage battery not secured

Had to have tow truck take it to local service center and they still have no idea what the failure is. Replaced battery no change. Now they are thinking harness failure.

Car is 5 months old with 7k miles. Anyone heard of anything like this?

Sounds ridiculous.
