In an apartment scenario, if there’s an opportunity to install a charger in your personal (on title) car space, then jump on it.
Apartments with a personal EV charger are like hens teeth. It will add value unquestionably.
I wouldn’t buy an apartment without an EV charger, and in 5 years time, there will be many many more people with the same criteria.
