I’m seeing many reports that Tesla service people seem to hate it when owners top off coolant on their own. Is there potential harm from topping it off carefully with Valvoline G48?

The nearest SC appointment is 2 weeks away, and the nearest SC is an hour away. It’s tempting to top it off a bit not to have it go into limp mode on me until then.
Not from the top. It seems to be largely around the left hose on the picture (radiator outlet). I may pull the liner at the bottom and look some more tonight.
