Currently Tesla plans to install a Powerwall+, one additional Powerwall 2, and maybe a Backup Gateway (if not the meter socket backup switch). Not sure if I’m forgetting anything, but would I have any reason to run more than 1 cat6 cable for connectivity?

I realize WiFi is an option, but if I can set things up so that everything is hardwired I’d rather do that.

Looking at various PDF files it’s hard to tell how many cables would make sense (it seems almost everything has an RJ45 port, but maybe some aren’t active, and others are just there for flexibility). I just want to make available however many cables would actually get used.
